Scoff catering was established in January 2005 by Beckie and David Pilley who have run some of Auckland’s best restaurants. Beckie ran kitchens such as Sourdough restaurant, Bolero in Takapuna, SPQR and designs all the menus for the famous Golden Dawn in Ponsonby. David also worked his way through Prego as Sous chef, Sago in Takapuna and both spent extensive time overseas in London and the south of France working on luxury yachts before returning to focus on Scoff Catering.
